Overview
Built in 1915, the Nu has lots of architectural charm. The 4,200 sq. ft. house sits on a 4,800 sq. ft. lot, and the physical house includes the following:

First Floor
The first floor houses the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room, with two sets of stairs at the front and back of the house leading to the upper floors and to the basement, where the house bar and home gym are located.
Living Room
The living room is equipped with a large 65-inch TV, the house kegerator, an upright piano, and a bike rack. It's a great place to watch TV, play video games, and just hang out.
Kitchen
The kitchen boasts a restaurant-quality range with 10 burners and 2 ovens, 4 refrigerators, and all the appliances you can think of (coffeemaker, toaster oven, Ninja blender, rice cooker, air fryer, and more!). Communal kitchen and cooking supplies are available for any house member to use in their culinary creations and experiments.
Dining Room
The dining room seats at least 10 and serves as a space to eat, play board games, and anything else that needs a giant table.
Laundry Room
The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and communal laundry supplies such as laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
Covered Front & Back Porches
The front porch has tables and chairs and is covered to protect you from the elements while you enjoy the fresh Philly air. A large outdoor space heater also keeps you warm during the winter months. The back porch has a grill for all of your barbeque-ing needs.
Second Floor
The second floor holds 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the house library.
Library
The Nu library is the ideal study spot for both pandemic and non-pandemic times, featuring tables, couches, bookshelves of medical textbooks, a printer, office supplies, and whiteboards.
Bedrooms
The second floor has 3 bedrooms sized at 274, 184, and 149 sq. ft.
Third & Fourth Floors
The third and fourth floors hold the remaining 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the third floor and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the fourth floor). The bedrooms are sized at 235, 132, 184, 149, 274, 308, and 165 sq. ft. The fourth floor leads to the house's roof.
